Juried Show: March 10, 2023- April 15, 2023
Opening Reception: March 10, 2023, 5-8 PM

 RULES OF ENTRY:

• Artists must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or Canada - please note shipping of Artwork will not be accepted.
• Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces of original art in any two-dimensional or three-dimensional media - entry fee is $15 per piece- a maximum of 3 pieces allowed for this call.
• All work must be submitted between 10AM Monday January 23, 2023 and 11:59PM Weds March 1, 2023
• All work must have been executed within the last 5 years and not previously shown at BAYarts.
• Time-based, electronic media, performance art, and installations will NOT be accepted.
• Giclee Prints of original artwork will NOT be accepted
• Work exceeding 42 inches in any dimension will be excluded due to space
• Work may not exceed seventy pounds in weight
• Entries must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition
• Artists must grant permission for BAYarts to use their images and information in promotional materials
• Entry Fee is non-refundable

All entries must be submitted electronically through bayartsannualjuriedexhibition23.artcall.org

TIMELINE FOR NOTIFICATION:

All entries will be notified between 12 PM and 8 PM on Monday March 6, 2023 by email.   A list of all accepted work will be posted on the BAYarts website www.bayarts.net Tuesday March 7, 2023  by 10AM. 
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCEPTED ENTRANTS:
All accepted work should be delivered to BAYarts, 28795 Lake Road, Bay Village OH 44140 - between 12 and 7 PM Tuesday  March 7th , 2023 or between 10AM and 7PM  Wednesday March 8th, 2023.  All work must be wired and ready to hang - work not wired will not be accepted- no sawtooth hangers, please.  BAYarts WILL RETAIN 40% OF EACH SALE.
 

Jurors:
Adrian Eisenhower

Adrian Eisenhower is an artist and educator living in Cleveland Ohio. He earned his MFA in painting from Savanna College of Art & Design and apprenticed for several years at the Aegean Center for Fine Arts in Italy and Greece. He is the founder of Walton Atelier, a community space for the study of representational of art. He teaches at PEP Hopewell and is an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace. Adrian resides in Bay Village, OH.

Chad Cochran

Chad Cochran was born and raised in the small town of Fredericktown, Ohio; population: 2,487. Starting as a landscape photographer, Cochran was drawn to decaying barns, homes, and vintage signs. Later, Chad shifted his focus to portraits & music. He is well established in the “Americana” music scene and travels frequently to Nashville, shooting portraits and live music. Chad currently resides in Bay Village, Ohio.
